Shipping
We ship orders to eligible addresses in the United States. Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as practical after payment is completed. If an order contains incorrect shipping information, we may be unable to reroute or replace it after it has shipped.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue. We review these cases individually and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If you have an issue with an unopened item, contact us and we will review the request case by case.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on the payment processor and your bank or card issuer.
