Born and raised in Morocco, Samy is no stranger to layered spices and bright, balanced heat. Traveling with his family opened the door to new cultures and cuisines, but the lesson stayed simple: good food starts with ingredients you can understand.
After surviving a rare pediatric cancer, that belief became personal. The goal was not just more flavor, but better flavor, the kind that belongs in a health-conscious kitchen without asking anyone to give up the food they love.
