
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and then carrots and cook until tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Drain the carrots.
In a medium sauté pan on medium heat, sauté the carrots in olive oil until browned.
Add Samy's Sauces Honey & Spice, lemon juice, and cooking wine. Cook until a glaze coats the carrots, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley and grilled lemon slices.
