Ingredients
- 2½ oz Appleton Estate rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz Samy's Sauces Honey & Spice
- Splash of seltzer

Directions

Combine rum, lime juice, and Samy's Sauces Honey & Spice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.

Pour over ice and top with a splash of seltzer.
