
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Samy's Sauces Honey & Spice, ginger, and garlic. Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Refrigerate, covered, for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain the chicken, discarding the marinade.
Grill chicken, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 170°F.
Serve over rice.
