Hawaiian Grilled Chicken

Hawaiian Grilled Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons Samy's Sauces Honey & Spice (Mild or Spicy)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic

Marinate the chicken for at least 8 hours (or overnight) for the deepest flavor.

    In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Samy's Sauces Honey & Spice, ginger, and garlic. Add the chicken thighs and coat well. Refrigerate, covered, for 8 hours or overnight.

    Drain the chicken, discarding the marinade.

    Grill chicken, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 170°F.

    Serve over rice.
